SW640-15TH adopts 330000 pixel InGaAs shortwave infrared, with a high resolution of 640 × 512 and a pixel spacing of 15 μ m. It has extremely high sensitivity in the 900nm~1700nm wavelength range. This movement has a very low dark current and high dynamic range, with a compact structure, stable performance, small size, low power consumption, and a powerful database that has strong environmental adaptability. Its powerful hardware configuration drives extremely high frame rates, which can be widely applied in fields such as spectral sorting, industrial detection, scientific research, and system integration.
