The THSG640 adopts the latest VGAInGaAs detector technology, with a high resolution of 640×512 and a pixel spacing of 15um. It has extremely high sensitivity in the 0.9um-1.7um band. This movement has a low dark current and high dynamic range, and precise TEC temperature control further reduces readout noise. The whole machine has a compact structure, stable performance, small size, low power consumption, and strong environmental adaptability. It can be widely applied in fields such as optoelectronic mission payloads, scientific research, security monitoring, machine vision, and industrial detection system integration.
